1. Data Controller
The data controller is Stefano di Pretoro, residing in Barcelon, Spain. You can contact me at eldipre@gmail.com.

2. What data I collect

  • Server and browsing data: when you visit eldipre.com, the hosting server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Data you provide voluntarily: if you write to me by email or leave a comment on an article, I process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message). If you leave a comment, WordPress may also store your IP address and, if you choose, your name and email in a cookie so you don’t have to retype them next time.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Operating the site and keeping it secure: legitimate interest.
  • Replying to your messages and publishing your comments: performance of your request / consent.

4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This site uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for the site to work. These cookies do not require consent. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not share data with advertising networks.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, although some features of the site may not work properly.

5. Recipients
The site is hosted by Arsys, which processes data on my behalf as a service provider. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes, except where required by law.

6. How long I keep your data

  • Server logs: for the period set by my hosting provider.
  • Messages and comments: for as long as necessary to reply and, afterwards, until you ask for deletion.

7. Your rights
You may request at any time access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to eldipre@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Changes
This policy may be updated. If I add services that use cookies or collect data (such as analytics, a newsletter or advertising), I will update this page beforehand. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
